26+2
The OG. The blueprint. Same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises every time, practiced in a warm room so your body can open up, sweat it out, and reset. Structured, grounding, and sneakily powerful. If you like routine, consistency, or knowing exactly what you’re getting into — this is your gal.
Power
This is a high energy flow class with quicker transitions and upbeat music to keep things rolling. Breath to movement, minimal downtime, and a steady build that gets you sweating and focused. Expect strong sequences, continuous movement, and moments that challenge your balance, strength, and stamina.
Slow flow
A slower moving flow that gives you time to feel each posture, connect breath to movement, and build strength without rushing. Expect smooth transitions, longer holds, and space to focus on alignment and control. Still warm, still a little sweaty, just more grounded and deliberate. Great if you want to move with intention and actually feel what you’re doing.
Same 26+2 love, softer delivery. We move through the classic postures at an easier pace and linger a little longer where it feels good. Less push, more release. Perfect if you want the benefits without going full send.
26+stretch
Ashtanga
A traditional, structured practice linking breath and movement through a set sequence. Strong, focused, and rhythmic. Great for building discipline, strength, and familiarity with the poses over time. Show up, do the work, trust the process.
We hold postures for 3-5 minutes with plenty of props so you can settle in and let go. Targets deep connective tissue and the nervous system. Minimal movement, maximum release. This is where you exhale, melt, and maybe forget what day it is.
Yin
Flow
Breath led movement that builds strength, balance, and body awareness. Expect creative sequencing, smooth transitions, and options to meet yourself where you’re at. Sometimes strong, sometimes slow, always intentional. This is your “just move your body and feel better” class.
Sculpt
Turn up the heat with this energizing blend of classic yoga postures, and light weights. Build strength and find your edge!
