If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Participation & Health Disclaimer

Participation in yoga and fitness activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. By attending classes or participating in services provided by Ellensburg Yoga, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical condition to participate

  • You have consulted with a physician if necessary

  • You will inform instructors of injuries, limitations, or health concerns

Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur while participating.

Memberships & Payments

Billing

Memberships and class packages are billed through MarianaTek.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Classes

Classes may be cancelled up to 2 before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • loss of class credit

  • late cancellation fee of $10

Memberships

Membership cancellations require 30 days notice before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • unused classes

  • missed sessions

  • partial membership periods

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Ellensburg Yoga.

Studio Policies

Participants agree to follow studio guidelines including:

  • Arriving up to fifteen minutes early for class

  • respecting instructors and other students

  • keeping phones silenced

  • maintaining a respectful environment

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Schedule Changes

Class schedules, instructors, and offerings may change at any time without notice.

Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
